This movie is a story of a court martial and SHAURYA is a serious film which raises a serious issue. Director Samar Khan gradually builds up the tension in the movie and dialogue delivery and attitude of the actors in the movie is great. Captain Javed Khan is charged with mutiny, treason and killing a fellow officer and he continuously refuses to speak in his defense which make him more guilty. The two best friends who were lawyers were assigned a task and both of them have contrasting views regarding life. The role of these two friends was played by Sid [Rahul Bose] and Akash [Jaaved Jaaferi] who are very ambitious individuals who have contrasting views on life.  The case takes them to Srinagar. Akash wants to win the cost at any cost whereas Sid discovers a new meaning in life which revolves around Kavya, Javed and Brigadier Pratap [Kay Kay Menon]. Writers [Jaydeep Sarkar, Aparnaa Malhotra and Samar Khan] did great job in this movie. In terms of songs and music [Adnan Sami], 'Dheere Dheere' has a soothing effect on the listener.
