Sneha Ullal, Kumar Saahil, Johnny Lever, Anupam Kher, Sanna Mirza, Hemant Birje, Rajesh Khanna, Mushtaq Khan, Shashi Kiran, Anil Dhawan, Avtar Gill, Javed Khan, Vikas Suresh, Madhura Naik, Gavie Chahal, Satyavrat Mudgal and Krishna Bansal make up the cast for this so called romantic movie Kaash mere hote. The movie is somewhat inspired by Shahrukh khan’s Darr. The only difference being that in darr, the male lead was playing as an obsessed lover whereas in kaash mere hote, the female lead, sneha ullal, plays the obsessed lover. Kumar Saahil plays the role of a fashion photographer who is in love with saneha. He gets a photography project in Mauritius where he rents a bungalow from a retired army officer. The daughter of the army officer, Sana mirza, finds herself attracted to him and thus finds it a perfect opportunity to seduce him and thus make him fall in love with her. So well now we know that this is not a strong plot. The music director saves the movie by providing some really good mp3 songs. Sanjeev and Drashan have been able to compose good songs while the only problem with them is the placement of songs which throughout the movie seem and sound out of the place.
