The movie Ek Aadat is a movie full of romance and action directed by Prakash Saini and is produced by Mukesh Vasaani. The cast of the movie includes Aryeman, Smita, and Vijay Raaz. The story revolves around a girl named as Sonia who is an aspiring actress and falls in love with a young man named as Aryeman who helps her during a movie shoot. Another character Shiva lives in Mumbai and is a friend of Aryeman. Sonia realizes that she is not happy with Aryeman get into a physical relationship with him. Two friends ask Sonia about what she is been doing with them and the story continues. . The most entertaining part of a Hindi movie is its music that is beautifully done by Sanjay Pathak, Nishad.
