Among many movies made for kids Bhoothnaath is more considerable as it holds a very natural and family story. This movie by Vivek Sharma got a good business in Bollywood. There are many factors which play an important role in making a movie successful as cast, direction, screen play and of course a powerful story. Cast of this movie includes Amitabh Bachchan, Juhi Chawla, Shahrukh Khan, Aman Siddiqui, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Rajpal Yadav, Satish Shah, Neena Kulkarni, Shaana Diya, Nauheed Cyrusi, Ashish Chowdhry, Shashi Kiran, and Achyut Potda. Movie holds a story of a Booth from Naath family. The booth is of Amitabh Bachan as he did not want anyone to live in his house. Actually Amitabh was emotionally attached to that house and his soul was not resting in peace because of his son who did not take care of his old parents and went abroad with his family. Amitabh was not ready to sell that house as before his death his son was interested n doing so he did not vacate the house even after his death. Then there came the family of Bunko. He was a very cute and sharp kid and AMitabh got very much attached to him. But at the end when all came to know about his soul they tried to help him so that he can rest in peace. Music of the movie was also good as many hands were there to give it a good start. Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravjiani, Salim Merchant, and Sulaiman Merchant composed the music of Bhoothnaath. Children mostly liked the songs of this movie as they were very attractive mostly the dance by kids.
