The main lead in the film is played by Neil Mukesh who became first choice of Madhur for the film Jail after he saw his impressive work in the film Jhonny Gadder. The film Jail is reported tohave a thriller format and is scheduled to release on May1,2009. Madhur is much focused as a director and he has been mulling the subject right from the time he made Chandni Bar and now after revamping it completely ,he wants to start with the work.
