Post the significantly acclaimed Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Maara, award winning film director Jahnu Baruah's upcoming Bollywood film Har Pal is introducing the 'never seen before' couple of hero Shiney Ahuja and heroine Preity Zinta. And fascinatingly the movie Har Pal is produced by Tito which will be filmed considering the worldwide acclaimed Assamese filmmaker's home ground - Shillong, which has been appropriately called the Scotland of the East.

"Regarding the film Har Pal Songs, there is plenty of stuff still in the pipe line. But I am glad to capture the splendor of the North East through this Hindi movie Har Pal Songs", states the media shy Baruah. At a media conference mutually held by Navjeevan Films and the Meghalaya tourism sector it was corroborated that Smit village in East Khasi Hills region has been decided as the shooting spot.

There are rumors that Amitabh Bachchan is also going to take part as a guest appearance in the film Har Pal and if the whole thing goes well, he too will be invited at the Shillong Shoot along with other leading characters.

Preity Zinta is undoubtedly thrilled about her character in Har Pall as she is going to paly a deglamourized and special character in the movie Har Pal. On the other hand, though she is eager to know more about her role in Hindi movie Har Pall, she is not too keyed up while working with her co-star Shiney Ahuja. Both of them don't seem to be managed well on the shoots for the film and particularly the Hur Pal Songs. In the beginning, Preity and Shiney were just affable with each other, but afterwards, things took a turn during the second plan of shooting. The basis of displeasure between both of them is their different ways of working and approach towards dancing in the songs of Har Pal. A source tells "Shiney believes in taking many retakes, while Preity believes in providing her finest attempts in her initial shots.  Also she's quite prompt and doesn't like waiting for her colleague once she is on the set.
