Shahid in good terms with Younis
Pakistan Cricket Team is facing internal conflicts these days as the vice captain Shahid Afridi is said to be not in good terms with the captain Younis Khan. Both players are vital part of the team and are exceptional players as well. They also enjoy good influence and ranks but it is very dangerous if they start troubling each other. Regarding all this, Shahid Afridi says that they all are rumors and they are nothing to do with reality. They have a mutual journey spanning over 15 years and Afridi says that he is mature enough to deal with such matters in a decent way. He says that it was under Younis’s captaincy that Pakistan won T20 World Cup in the June of this year and there is no reason why should he trouble Younis.
He said “When so many people with varying temperaments are thrown together for several weeks or months on a tour, things of course can’t always be trouble-free”. This is simple and deep statement by him. Accidents do happen but they doesn’t mean a permanent back out.
Afridi we appreciate your loyalty and this time you have proved to be a boom boom Afridi. Keep the spirit high.
Younis Khan offered Resignation Letter to NA
Pakistan Cricket Team had a very good start in the recent ICC Champions Trophy of 2009. They kicked India out of the scene and played much outstanding. But the matches with Australia and New Zealand were very poor. Pakistani Cricket Team couldn’t maintain their winning position and the whole team collapsed down immediately.
Rumors were rife that a match fixing was observed and that was the major reason behind the defeat of the team. The National Assembly took the rumor seriously and called upon a meeting to discuss the issue. It was presided by Jamshed Dasti who was in favor of the view that match fixing was observed. Younis Khan, the captain of team presented his resignation during the meeting which accentuated the issue and serious doubts were raised by this act. Ijaz Ashraf, the chairman of PCB has said that Younis offered his resignation. But PCB has not said anything about the acceptance or rejectance of the resignation.
Some old players have criticized on Media and PCB and said that it is a shame that they are pointing fingers towards a reasonable man like Younis Khan. The actual story is still not known.

ICC Champions Trophy Final Match – Speculations
BlackCaps are certainly among the most humble cricket teams ever seen. They have easily shown Pakistan the way to home. It seems that the team is very self motivated and highly disciplined.
Their was a huge debate on whether they could make it in the presence of big giants like Australia, India, Pakistan and SouthAfrica but they proved their metal. Now, the final match is going to be held at Centurion’s SuperSport Park on Monday against Australia. Both teams are fully prepared for the event. It will also bring the nostalgia associated with Anzac days. Anzac is the short form for Australia New Zealand Army Corps which were set up for a big fight while World War-1 and a loss of millions of lives was beard by both countries.
Vettori is very hopeful and determined to win. The Champions Trophy of this year has been fun throughout. Let’s all see what happens, who wins and who stands runners-up.

PCB refuses to pay for Shoaib Knee Surgery
Shoaib Akhtar the star bowler of Pakistan Cricket Team who always accompany some medical or fitness problem with him sustained a knee injury for such a long time. Now, he is going to England for knee surgery.
The fastest bowler of the world caught knee injury which turned out to be very disastrous for his cricket career. The PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) has refused to pay for the medial expenses because he is not currently playing.
It is a crying shame that PCB has refused to pay for a cricketer of such class. Shoaib Akhtar’s career has been accompained by many controversies. But, a rude behavior or an agressive nature of a cricketer must not come as a hurdle in his professional life. Love is the solution to every problem. Don’t they know that…And can they substitute Rawalpindi Express!!
