Those who have played computer games know that there are some hidden words which when typed correctly, change the mood of the game and unlock many hidden features. This thing is not true for all games however. I think Microsoft has been inspired from this thing and that’s why the have made a God Mode in Windows 7. The God Mode is actually a feature that lets Windows user get complete control of their machine and provides them an opporutnity to configure their computer from a single window. All you need to do is to make a folder named
‘GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}’
without quotation marks. As a result, a control panel icon will appear and when you click it, you would see an inexhaustible list of configuration tools.
Some sources over the internet claim that 32-bit versions of Windows Vista also support this feature with no problem but 64-bit editions crash. I have tested the God Mode feature in Windows Vista 32-bit and it is working fine. Enjoy using the God Mode in Windows 7 and Windows Vista. We will hunt for more information like this and will share with you. Now, tell your friends about it and impress them.

The global trend of internet usage has taken drastic shifts and the top searched items in the world are not ‘porn’ etc anymore rather it is ‘Facebook’. It is of no doubt that Facebook is a flying colors phenomenon and no social networking website in the whole world has seen such a vibrant success. Computer Science has seen many major breakthroughs since its inception. Especially in this decade, computer programming has tried to compete with human being and Artificial Intelligence is likely to pass the Turing Test. Researchers at Carnegie-Mellon university in Pittsburgh have developed a new program that will help detect the location of a given picture. The program requires a picture to perform its operations and processes it according to some attributes like color, texture and lines etc to tell where the picture was taken. It matches the data retrieved from the image with already present 6million tagged images on Flickr. The accuracy of the program is 16% which is still better than human guesstimates or random guess. It works better in judging famous places like Eiffel Tower.

A rumor has been in air that the leading Internet provider company of Pakistan, PTCL is planning to double the speed with same charges. Although, the official statements have not been on air yet but some newspapers have already mentioned that PTCL is secretly upgrading its infrastructure and unknown sources in PTCL also claim that a new marketing plan is in progress. Those who were getting 1 MB speed will than enjoy 2 MB and so on. If this happens than it will be very good at the part of PTCL and rapid speed increments will lure more clientage. Competition among Internet service providers will grow fierce and may be some companies would have to close their operations. It was said that on Eid or days after Eid, PTCL will announce the package but still we have no updates about it. This news can be trusted as PTCL launched a Go Broadband campaign some months ago in which they doubled up the speed with same prices and PTCL is also offering broadband DSL at 300 Rs in some rural areas as well. Scientists have discovered a planet which is much similar to earth. It is for the first time that a planet having many similarities is found. But, the temperature in the planet is not appropriate for life as it is very close to its sun. It is the first rocky planet on which foots could have been set because to live somewhere outside earth, we need a rocky place. The planet has two faces; one that always faces sun and other is always dark. Scientists speculate that the face that faces sun has a temperature of probably 2000 degree centigrade and minus 2800 on dark face. The sun faced area might have been molten. The name of the planet is CoRoT-7b, and it was discovered early last year by European Southern Observatory. Researchers say that it took them long time to understand the composition of the planet. The planet is 500 light years away from earth and still it is relatively closer to earth. It lies in the Monoceros constellation.
