Bollywood has gained much maturity in the last two years and now the movies being made are totally versatile and not the same old love crap. Especially, 2009 is the year when film making in India has been revolutionized. Among the new breed of movies, Kites is a new addition.
Although there is not much news about the movie but after the release of official website, we have some updates about what is the theme of the movie. As the name indicates, Kite is about flying freely in the air but the chords are not in your hand. It is about a man who has passion to find the love of her beloved movie.
You can say that the movie has same concept as Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam but it is more than that. The cast includes Hiritik Roshan, Kangana Ranaut and a new Spanish actress Barbara Mori. A person named J is found abandoned amidst the deserts of Mexico and he has an increasing desire to find the lover of her wife. The movie revolves around love and the feelings one has when in love. The movie is directed by Anurag Basu and produced by Rakesh Roshan. The movie website is very cool and the background music is awesome.
