Bipasha Basu’s appearance in her first Bengali film

Bipasha Basu, the hit bollywood star, has a Bengali movie named ‘Sob Choritro Kalponik’ in her credit now. The actress had a long time wanting to act in a Bengali film which has been fulfilled by the director Rituparno Ghosh. The 30 year old actress was born in New Delhi to a Bengali family. According to her, my parents always wanted me to do a Bengali movie to rejuvenate the nostalgia. She says that she has made her parents proud by doing a Bengali role.
She says that she met Rituparno for the movie Draupadi which is not finalized. They had plans for various movies including the recent Bengali hit release. The actress says that her parents are getting warm greetings from all over the Indian Bengali lovers
